Gray Barns Properties does not sell personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We have not done so in the preceding twelve months, and we do not knowingly collect or sell the personal information of anyone under 16.

Opt out of all optional data use

Use the controls below to review or withdraw consent on this device at any time. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it, and the site works fully either way.

We treat a “Decline all” choice, and a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal sent by your browser, as an opt-out of every optional purpose.

Your other rights

Wherever you live, you may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, to provide a copy, to correct it, or to delete it. Under the GDPR and UK GDPR you may also object to or restrict processing, request portability, and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

Email kat@graybarnsvt.com with the subject line “Privacy request”. Tell us which right you are exercising and the email address or stay dates you used, so we can find your records. We reply within 30 days (45 days for California requests, extendable once with notice). Exercising a right is free and never affects the service you receive.

An authorised agent may submit a request for you. We will ask for written proof of authorisation and may verify the request directly with you before acting on it.
