Our Woodstock Vermont 3 BR / 2 BA vacation home offers all the amenities you could want in a relaxed country setting. The house is fresh, spotlessly clean and stocked with all the supplies you could need to make this your home away from home.
Location: 5 minutes to Woodstock village (1.7 miles), 20 minutes to Killington ski resort. World class single track mountain bike trails, stunning hiking trails & access to Vermont’s VAST trail is 1/4 mile from the house. Plenty of parking for your vehicles and toys.
Relax in front of the wood stove in the sun room in cool weather. BBQ and dine on the private patio or soak in the redwood hot tub. The Chiminea on the patio makes a great gathering spot to enjoy a fire under the starry sky.
The entire house has been freshly updated, featuring an open floor plan and a large, fully equipped gourmet kitchen with space for many chefs! Locally owner maintained and hosted for a 5 star guest experience.
3 bedrooms feature premium bedding for a comfortable night’s sleep, accommodating 6 guests. The Master BR offers a king bed and en-suite bath with jetted tub. Bedroom 2 has a lovely brass queen size bed and bedroom 3 has 2 twins. 2 full baths are sunny and fresh, en-suite master bath features a jetted tub as well as walk in shower. A full laundry room is also provided.
Surrounded by fields and forests, your closest neighbors will be our 2 horses.
Set on 10 private acres, our home is also on the property down the private drive. Hike, bike, go for a run or just relax on the patio. Your children will enjoy the big yard and tree swing. We just put in a horse-shoe pit this fall, fun for all!Located on our private drive, a quiet, safe location.
Amenities also include gazebo with hot tub, cable TV, DVD & wireless internet, recreation room with Foosball table and mountain bikes for the family. Ping pong table in the basement.

Dana Road House is located less than two miles from the picturesque village of Woodstock, Vermont. Skiing, mountain biking, hiking, swimming, tennis, golf, horseback riding and Woodstock’s quaint shops and restaurants are only minutes away. Just 20 min. drive to Killington Ski Area’s Skyeship base, close to Green Mountain Horse Association (GMHA) too. We have outstanding single-track biking trail network just behind the house.

Our hot tub to thaw you out after your day on the slopes and a cozy wood stove in the sun-room. For a great night’s sleep, deep, soft beds for 6 guests. Perfect!
